1. Who we are
Applied is published by aliousyucex (individual developer). Contact: aliousyuce@gmail.com · Support page.
2. Data you put into Applied — stays on your device
Applications, companies, roles, stages, notes, contacts, follow-up dates: all of it is stored in a local database on your phone. We have no server, no account system, and no way to see, collect, or restore this data.
- Uninstalling the app deletes it.
- Device backup: if your phone's own backup is enabled (Android Auto Backup to your Google account, or your iCloud device backup on iOS), a copy of the app's database is included in your own backup. That copy belongs to your Google/Apple account; we cannot access it. You can exclude Applied from backups in your device settings.
- Sharing/exporting (e.g. a job link you open, or a file you export in a future version) happens only when you trigger it, to the destination you choose.
3. Data the advertising SDK processes
Applied shows ads through Google AdMob. We do not run analytics, crash reporting, or any other tracking — but the AdMob SDK, per Google's own disclosure, collects and shares the following when requesting ads:

This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partners. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, a consent form is shown before any ad request, and you can decline personalised ads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before the advertising identifier is used.
4. Purchases
Applied offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Applied Pro"). Payment is handled entirely by Google Play / the App Store; we never see your payment details. Purchase entitlement is verified through RevenueCat using an anonymous app-scoped identifier — no account is created.
5. Notifications
Follow-up reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push service is used and no device token is collected.
6. Data deletion
- Your application data: stored only on your device — deleting the app (and, if you use device backup, that backup entry) removes it completely. There is nothing on our side to delete.
- Ad-related data held by Google: we never receive it, so we cannot delete it; manage it via Google My Ad Center or reset your device's advertising ID.
- Requests: for any privacy request, email aliousyuce@gmail.com. We will respond and explain exactly what is (and is not) in our control, as above.
7. Children
Applied is intended for people of working age and is not directed at children under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this same address with an updated effective date.
